At Vineyard, I've experienced outstanding expert care, consistent support, and a community that inspires me every day to keep working towards my health goals.

It's been 3 weeks since I joined Vineyard. I'm so immensely happy with the care and just the whole experience. For the first time in 10 years I feel seen and heard by my doctor and dietician.

From quick care team responses, ease of setting dietician appointments without long waits, and the continuous additions of resources in the online portal, I'm getting great value for my membership.

It's very easy to get in touch with someone! My other Dr had something similar but it was usually 48 hours to get a response so they would tell you to call but then never picked up the phone. Leave a message, they said, but then it was 48 hours for a return call.

I love having a doctor who listens without judgement. It's also having a community group of like minded people going through similar experiences in the past. It's been invaluable to me to be able to share, vent, celebrate in a safe space!

Responses are within a reasonable time and my doctor is dedicated to providing me care, taking the time to answer my questions. We're working together as a team and I feel fully supported instead of simply getting my meds refilled every 4 weeks.

I love that all of my care is in one place. I've also moved my perimenopause care to Vineyard. It just makes it easier talking to one clinician versus having to remember who I have told what about my present life experience.
